Auto Sampler Packages
At the selling points and export terminals of crude oil and products, the volume of transferred fluid is measured by metering systems but the quality of the delivered batch should be measured and based on standard this should be done by Auto Sampler Packages. Using this packages is especially necessary for transferring of Crude oil and gas condensate.
Considering that the ratio of the volume of total oil transferred to a ship in comparison to the 10 ml volume of sub sample taken to laboratory analysis which may reach to 1 to 300 billion times, we can assume the amount of accuracy we need to consider to take the sample and this sub sample should have the same percentage of water as the whole batch. We design Auto Sampler packages in compliance with ISO-3171 and API 8.2 standards.
